From July 11 to 12, 2020, the company invited Dr. Zhong Hongtian, a famous domestic lecturer in the field of talent echelon construction, key talent training and leadership training in china, to carry out a two-day special course of “Human Resource Management for Non-HUMAN Resource Managers” for 55 middle and senior managers in the Party and Mass Activity Center.

The training contents include the relationship between enterprise development and human resource management, the division and cooperation between HR and non-HR, and the knowledge, selection, education and retention of line managers. Through the use of scientific methods and professional tools, combined with case analysis, scenario simulation and actual combat practice, the training basically achieved the purpose of transforming the traditional thinking of some middle and senior managers.
